01The service

OneRubric provides a hosted (or, for Enterprise, self-hosted) course-evaluation platform, provisioned and operated for the institution.

02Accounts & access

Access is via the institution's SSO. The institution is responsible for who it authorises and for use consistent with its own policies.

03Acceptable use

The service may not be used to deanonymise students, to target individuals, or in any way that undermines the integrity of evaluation.

04Fees

Pricing is per student per year on hosted plans; a one-time licence plus annual maintenance on self-hosted. Billing terms are set in the order form.

05Data ownership

The institution owns its evaluation data. OneRubric claims no ownership and does not sell or repurpose it.

06Availability & support

Support tier and any service-level commitments are defined by plan in the order form.

07Term & termination

Either party may terminate per the agreement. On termination, data is exported on request and deleted within the agreed window.

08Liability

Limitations and warranties are governed by the executed master agreement, not this summary.
